For an international office in Amsterdam we are looking for a native Czech, Danish, German, Italian, Flemish,Spanish or French employee to support our team. Besides your native language you can also manage theEnglish or Dutch language. As our new college you will call different clients from all over the world. It is veryimportant that the client has the impression that you call them from the same country where Czech, Danish,German, Italian, Flemish, Spanish or French is the first spoken language.
Voor een internationaal bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die vloeiend Tsjechisch, Deens,Duits, Italiaans, Spaans, Vlaams of Frans spreekt. Naast de vreemde taal die je vloeiend beheerst spreek jeook goed Engels en Nederlands. Als onze nieuwe collega bel je diverse cliënten over de hele wereld.Het is belangrijk dat de cliënt denkt dat je uit hetzelfde land belt waar Tsjechisch, Deens, Duits, Italiaans,Vlaams, Spaans of Frans de eerste taal is die gesproken wordt.
You maintain the first correspondence with international debt collectors. You ensure that arrangements willbe fulfilled in a friendly and polite way. You can monitor the arrangements in the system. When thearrangements cannot be fulfilled, it will go to another department. it is extremely important to keep thecustomer satisfied and that you contribute to the operational results of the company. You are someone whocommunicates pleasantly and clearly.
Jij behandelt de eerste correspondentie met de debiteuren met betrekking tot openstaande vorderingen. Je hakt niet met de botte bijl. Integendeel zelfs, je gaat echt in gesprek en komt samen met de debiteur tot een betalingsregeling.

This position is for 32-40 hours a week. Our client carries responsibility for international trainings and youwill get a comprehensive time to know work activities well. You can start immediately on a contract of thecompany itselfs.
De functie is voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Het bedrijf waar jij voor gaat werken vindtontwikkeling en groei belangrijk en biedt jou de mogelijkheid jouw talenten verder te ontwikkelen. Enerzijdsdoor coaching en begeleiding 'on the job'. Anderzijds door het aanbieden van interne en externe trainingen.Doorgroeien naar een senior rol behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Functie-eisen
- You are in possession of an university degree (in Dutch: mbo or hbo level of thinking)
- You are native Czech, Danish, German, Italian, Flemish, Spanish or French speaker
- You have experience as a customer service employee
- You can also speak English of Dutch fluently, in writing and verbally communicative skills
- You understand Dutch; wich means you can read Dutch emails
- You can make clearly arrangements with our clients
- You always put the customer first
- Je hebt mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Tsjechisch, Deens, Duits, Italiaans, Vlaams, Spaans of Frans is je moedertaal en kan je vloeiend spreken
- Je spreekt ook vloeiend de Engelse of Nederlandse taal om mails en telefoonverkeer over te nemen
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een klantcontract functie
