The Heineken Experience is located in the monumental former brewery in Amsterdam. Last year, more than one million visitors were welcomed here. However, despite the growing visitor numbers, the focus of the Heineken Experience staff stays on maintaining a quality visitor experience.
Functieomschrijving
As a Heineken Ambassador, you are the face of the Heineken Experience. Welcoming visitors with a big smile, explaining the brewing process and pouring them the perfect beer. You will provide them with an unforgettable experience: always walking the extra mile, in order to make them smile. Besides the wide range of tasks within the Heineken Experience, you will work as a guide on the Heineken boat (sailing to the A'DAM tower back and forth on a daily basis). Furthermore, if you do well in the tour, you will get the chance to serve at various national and international Heineken events, such as the Champions League final. No two days are the same at the Heineken Experience.
Functie-eisen
- You have experience in hospitality;- You are fluent in English, preferably a second/third language;- You have a proactive attitude and are a true entertainer;- You can commit to work at the Heineken Experience for at least 1.5 years, including weekdays and weekends (+/- 16 hours P.W) Are you looking for a fun and diverse job at the former brewery?
