We are looking for a driven, ambitious technical support agent who has experience within the IT branch. This company is located in Sittard and is specialist in hardware and software which is used in the commerce. A big client of this company is for example Ikea.
As technical support agent you will help clients who experience difficulties with the software. You will help optimize the communication process and exceed the customer satisfaction. There will be all kinds of questions about the configuration of the complex systems, the hardware and the software.
Do you have what it takes?
Do you want to be part of this company and team, then you need 1 to 2 years of experience in the technical support. You will have a degree in IT. Next to this you speak native German and good English. You will work with German clients so therefore German is really necessary within this position. Next to this you want to work with 24-7 shifts!
