What will your key responsibilities be:
- Create, maintain and strengthen B2B relationship with our dealers in a kind but firm way
- Be the first contact for dealers and respond to incoming emails and phone calls in several European languages
- Use company systems (such as Salesforce.com, live chat, email, phones, etc.) to accurately enter and/or maintain lead data
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Perform administrative tasks such as translating small documents and preparing contracts/legal certificates
Functie-eisen
Skills and Attributes:
- Fluent written and spoken French, English and German (= firm requirement)
- Any additional languages are a plus
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Sales Force CRM system is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Hands-on mentality, highly motivated and target-driven
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven sales operations/inside sales experience
- Quick problem-solving abilities
- Affinity for motorcycles is a plus
